Equipment Requests ELCAT lends out production equipment and provides the use of editing equipment free of charge to the public. Borrower must complete a training course with a member of the ELCAT staff to borrow equipment. Equipment must be used in creating programs for air on Channel 5. Current Equipment Available for Use: Production Equipment: Panasonic AG-460 SVHS cameras Editing Equipment: SVHS Linear Editing To borrow equipment contact ELCAT by phone or e-mail at least 1 week prior to date equipment is needed. Volunteer Requests You may request a volunteer to tape an event. ELCAT has a limited number of volunteers and their participation is based entirely on their availability and willingness to cover your event. ELCAT staff will do our best to fill your request but we can not guarantee that we will be able to fill it. The best way for you to get your event taped for air on Channel 5 is to find a member of your organization to become trained on ELCAT equipment.
