ELCAT relies heavily on the services of volunteers. We encourage residents to volunteer their time to create programming for Channel 5. We especially encourage members of community organizations and businesses, who would like to see their events cablecast on Channel 5, to take advantage of the training ELCAT offers.

Volunteer opportunities are also available in the office as an administrative assistant/programmer.

To volunteer, you must first complete a training session in video field production. Currently, dates for these sessions are still being determined for Fall 2004. Please visit this website again for more information.
