Mission Statement:

Cable Access Committee of the Town of East Longmeadow (ELCAT) is under contract with Charter Communications to operate the public access channel on the cable television system in East Longmeadow. As a part of this responsibility, ELCAT will provide free of charge training and technical assistance in uses of Cable TV production and editing equipment, access to production and post-production resources and time on the public access channel. These resources are available for production and presentation of programming of interest to the East Longmeadow Community and shall be used for noncommercial purposes.

Residents of East Longmeadow as well as organizations and institutions affiliated with the town and those affiliated with such organizations are welcomed and encouraged to use these resources.
