Notices for Community Calendar

Tapes may be mailed to ELCAT's PO Box or you may call and arrange a drop off time.

Regulations for all Tape Submissions

Must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to requested air date, unless other arrangements have been made with ELCAT staff

Must be on SVHS or VHS format

There must be one minute of black at BOTH the beginning and end of the program

Must be labeled with title of program, running time, and producer's name and phone number

Must include credits listing the program's producers

There can be no loss of control track (sections of "snow") within the program

Prohibited

Any commercial advertising

Any material which constitutes libel, slander, invasion of privacy or publicity rights, use of trademark or copyright or other materials which violates local, state or federal law

Direct solicitation for goods, services or funds

Any obscene or indecent material

Time Slots

Program time slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are determined by ELCAT staff. Producers may request specific air times to be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.
