Minutes of Conservation Commission

July 11, 2007

Present were: George Kingston, Chair; Martha Hamilton, Vice Chair; Jody O’Brien, Clerk and Michael Salvon. Colleen Foerster, Mary Swords and Steve Niec were not present.

Chair, George Kingston open the meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Order of Conditions – Pembroke Terrace, Lot 12

The Commission signed and issued Orders of Conditions for Pembroke Terrace (Lot 12) DEP File # 150-370.

Continuance Public Hearing – 714 Parker Street

Chair, George Kingston reopened the public hearing for the Environmental Cleanup at Bluebird Acres, DEP File #150-369. Notice of Intent for Applicant was represented by Heather Comee of Pioneer Environmental and comments were received from Mass Natural Heritage that stated the project is in compliance.

With no further discussion and upon motion duly made and seconded the Commission voted unanimously (4-0) to close the hearing. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Commission voted unanimously (4-0) to approve the project with conditions.

Miscellaneous

A on-site inspection for a Request for Certificate of Compliance for 23 Yorkshire Place was scheduled for 8 am on Saturday, July 14^th .

There being no further business and upon motion duly made and seconded the Commission voted (4-0) to close the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
