District Curriculum

The East Longmeadow Public Schools (ELPS) curriculum is based on the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks. Recently the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education adopted new 2011 Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks for English Language Arts and Literacy and new 2011 Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks for Mathematics. The new Frameworks are based on the Common Core State Standards.

ELPS is revising current curriculum to reflect the new standards in Mathematics and English Language Arts and Literacy. Further information will be provided on this page as curriculum is revised and updated.
