October, 2003 - Distribute grant applications to superintendent, principals and teachers.

November, 2003 - Checkpoint meeting with principals and superintendent (if needed).

December 19, 2003 - Deadline for submission of grant applications to Joe Kennedy.

January, 2004 - Allocation Committee meets throughout month to review applications. Submit grant recommendations to E.L. Endowment Board for approval.

February 4, 2004 - E.L. Endowment Board of Directors meet to approve grant requests. Send out acceptance letters.

March 6, 2004 - Acknowledgement and presentation of awards at annual Dinner Dance, Elmcrest CC.
