PRESENT: John Claffey, Chairman, Board of Selectmen; Gary DeLisle, Clerk of the Board

Chairman John Claffey called the meeting to order at 8:00am with the Pledge of Allegiance.

BOARD OF SELECTMEN:

OLD BUSINESS:

The Selectmen approved the request to re-finance affordable housing unit, 16 Harris Drive, Benton Estates.

Motion G. DeLisle moved to approve request. J. Claffey seconded out of necessity.

Motion approved 2-0.

Approval of the September 13, 2005 Board of Selectmen Minutes.

Motion Gary DeLisle moved to approve the Minutes as amended. J. Claffey seconded out of necessity. Motion approved 2-0.

Motion G. DeLisle moved the BOS adjourn the meeting. J. Claffey seconded out of necessity. Motion approved 2-0.

Meeting adjourned at 8:10 AM
