SELECTMEN REORGANIZE

DeLisle Elected Chairman

(East Longmeadow, MA) The East Longmeadow Board of Selectmen met on April 14^th to welcome the new addition of Selectman James D. Driscoll elected yesterday during the town’s elections. Elected as Chairman of the Board of Selectmen was Gary DeLisle and elected Chairman of the Board of Health was John Claffey. James Driscoll was elected Clerk of the Board.

“The Board of Selectmen is genuinely excited about working together to serve the town for the next year,” said Chairman DeLisle. “We have many important tasks in front of us including planning the long range needs of the Town, continuing to look at the Town’s finances and for ways to save the taxpayers every penny we can. In addition, the Board is absolutely committed to finding the best person possible to lead our Police Department.”
