EAST LONGMEADOW LOOKS FOR LONG RANGE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEMBERS

The Town of East Longmeadow is looking for citizen members for a new committee, The Long Range Planning Committee, to advise the Board of Selectmen on the future and present needs of the Town of East Longmeadow. The Selectmen welcome any resident who has an interest in this matter and would like to make a contribution to their community.

The Committee will be made up of a representative from the Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, Council on Aging, Board of Public Works, Recreation Commission, Capital Planning Committee, Appropriations Committee, Town Hall Study Committee, Senior Center Study Committee, School Committee, Board of Assessors, and three citizens to be chosen by the Board of Selectmen.

Anyone interested in becoming a member should submit a letter of interest to the Board of Selectmen at 60 Center Square, East Longmeadow, MA 01028 or email Leon Gaumond Jr., Executive Secretary, at lgaumond@eastlongmeadow.org. Letters of interest should be submitted prior to April 23^rd.
