Town seeks citizen involvement in police chief search

(East Longmeadow, MA) The Chairman of the East Longmeadow Board of Selectmen, Gary DeLisle, has announced that the Board is welcoming the public involvement in the search for a new police chief.

The Board is looking for interested persons to participate in an interview process. Its objective will be to meet with the Police Chief candidates and to offer their opinions to the Selectmen. The Committee will be at least 5 members and will have a representative from the business community, the public safety community, and three citizens from the general public.
