1a.       Shall the Town of East Longmeadow be allowed to assess an additional $1,051,500 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of funding the following departmental expenses:  Schools ($633,196), Board of Assessors ($9,826), Planning Board ($7,828), Public Library ($2,169), Board of Public Works ($116,302), Board of Selectman ($5,724), Town Accountant ($7,679), Town Treasurer, Clerk, Collector ($12,070), Law Department ($1,454), Personnel ($200), Management Information Systems ($11,647), Conservation Commission ($70), Zoning Board of Appeals ($77), Police Department ($131,683), Fire Department ($37,269), Building/Wiring/Plumbing ($3,887), Emergency Management ($1,041), Health Department ($35,600), Council on Aging ($28,638), Recreation Commission ($4,870) and Cultural Services ($270) for the fiscal year beginning July 1,2005?

1b.       Shall the Town of East Longmeadow be allowed to assess an additional $1,414,796 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of funding the following departmental expenses:  Schools ($982,866), Board of Assessors ($9,826), Planning Board ($7,828), Public Library ($15,795), Board of Public Works ($116,302), Board of Selectman ($5,724), Town Accountant ($7,679), Town Treasurer, Clerk, Collector ($12,070), Law Department ($1,454), Personnel ($200), Management Information Systems ($11,647), Conservation Commission ($70), Zoning Board of Appeals ($77), Police Department ($131,683), Fire Department ($37,269), Building/Wiring/Plumbing ($3,887), Emergency Management ($1,041), Health Department ($35,600), Council on Aging ($28,638), Recreation Commission ($4,870) and Cultural Services ($270) for the fiscal year beginning July 1,2005?

2.         Shall the Town of East Longmeadow be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issue in order to pay for a design and engineering study for a community center for use by the Council on Aging, Park and Recreation and other community activities and for the construction of 12 new elementary classrooms?
