Board of Selectmen

Selectmen’s Conference Room, East Longmeadow Town Hall
PRESENT: James Driscoll, Chairman, Board of Selectmen
(BOS);
J. Driscoll opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
Department Heads Evaluation Ratings.
The Board of Selectmen met to discuss the ratings to assign to the Department Heads under its authority. This was the follow up discussion relative to the November 27th meetings with its Department Heads. The BOS discussed each evaluation and voted on ratings to assign. The ES was not present during the discussions. No members of the public came to the meeting. An audio tape of the meeting is maintained as the minutes.

Information Technology Department.
The BOS met with R. Quimby to discuss the IT Department. The BOS appointed R. Quimby as Acting Director of the IT Department.
The BOS and the ES then left Town Hall at approximately 6:55 p.m. to meet with the Police Chief and the Appropriations Committee (AC) in the Library Conference Room. The BOS remained in session as posted until the end of its meeting with the AC, at approximately 8:30 p.m. Minutes for that meeting are maintained by the AC.
