BOARD OF SELECTMEN

PRESENT: James D. Driscoll, Chairman, Board of Selectmen; Joe Townshend, Clerk of the Board.

ABSENT: Gary DeLisle, Chairman, Board of Health

Chairman Driscoll called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.

BOARD OF SELECTMEN

New Business:

Kelly Stenta, 6 Redin Drive, Request for Block Party, Saturday, June 10, 2006, 2:00 p.m.-

8:00 p.m.; rain date Sunday, June 11, 2006.

J. Driscoll noted that the BOS was meeting to consider the request from Kelly Stenta to hold a block party. He noted the recommendations from the Police and Fire Departments.

Motion J. Townshend moved the BOS approve the request, provided that the conditions set by the Fire and Police Departments are followed. J. Driscoll seconded out of necessity.

Motion carried 2-0.

Motion J. Townshend moved the meeting be adjourned. J. Driscoll seconded out of necessity. Motion carried 2-0.

Meeting adjourned at 2:08 p.m.
