TAX LEVY HEARING SET_______________________________________________

The Board of Selectmen today announced it will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the East Longmeadow Public Library. The purpose of the hearing will be to determine the percentages of tax levy to be borne by each class of real or personal property for Fiscal Year 2007.

All interested East Longmeadow residents are welcome to attend this hearing and to present any oral or written comments on this matter. In the event that a taxpayer is unable to attend the hearing, written comments may be submitted in advance to the Board of Selectmen, 60 Center Square, East Longmeadow, MA 01028; or via email at: nbreault@eastlongmeadow.org.
