1.  E-mail from Planning Board, re: Interviews Planning Board vacancy. (hard copies).

 

NEW BUSINESS

1.  Letter from Police Chief, re: Holding Cells.

2.  Letter from Police Chief, re: Pizza Shoppe (hard copy).

3.  Request from the Suburban Springfield Exchange Club to hold their annual Christmas Tree  

     Sale: a) on the weekends of December 8 & 9 and December 15 & 16 from 8:30am-4:30pm.,

     at Heritage Park; b) permission to park a trailer at the Heritage Park north parking area from

     Dec., 4th through Dec., 18th; c) permission for a banner to be placed on the trailer to advertise

     the sale.  Approved by  DPW.  Police and Fire recommendations.

 

 

 

4.  Recommendation from the Police Department to erect "Watch for Children" signs. Request

    from Ms. Amy  Hebert, 20 Glendale Road.

5.  For vote of the Board, Street Taking approved at Special Town Meeting held on 10-15-07,

    (Birch Avenue) to be read into the record, signed and given to Town Counsel for recording.

6. Request for a street light at the end of South Bend Lane, from John Agnoli.  

7. For approval donation from Sondra Lewis, Music Together Program to the Cultural Council in

    the amount of $100.
