                    LICENSE FROM C.W.L., EXPRESS INC., d.b.a., PANDA SOUTH TO CHEN

                    EXPRESS, INC. d.b.a., PANDA SOUTH, ALLISON MIAO HUA-WANG,

                    MANAGER, 31 HARKNESS AVENUE.

                    For approval: a) Transfer of All Alcoholic Beverages Liquor License; b) Substitute

                    Manager, Yihang Chang; c) Common Victualar License; d) Food Establishment License;

                    f) Milk & Cream License.

BOARD OF SELECTMEN

NEW BUSINESS

1.  For approval, request from the Masonic Temple: a) One Day Liquor License (all alcohol); b)

     entertainment; to be hold on Sunday, December 9, 2007 from 12Noon - 5P.M., at 43 Chestnut Street, 

     in conjunction with an Army Reserve Unit Christmas Party.

2. For approval, request from the Masonic Temple: a) One Day Liquor License (all alcohol);

    b) entertainment; to be held on Monday, December 31, 2007 from 6pm - 1am, at 43 Chestnut Street in

    conjunction with a New Years Eve celebration.   

 

BOARD OF HEALTH

NEW BUSINESS:

1.  For approval, application for a Massage Therapist License from Stephanie Shumway, 625 East

     Pleasant Street, Amhurst, to be practicing at Peoples Massage, 145 Shaker Road.  Approved by

     Health Inspector.

 

CORRESPONDENCE:

1.  Letter from Nicholas Giuggio, Owner, The Pizza Shoppe, re: employees' certification.

 

MEETINGS/INVITATIONS/REMINDERS

1.  Town Officers closed, Thursday, November 22 & Friday, November 23, 2007, Thanksgiving

     Holiday.

2.. Meeting, Cultural Council on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 6pm in the Library Conference Room .

3.  Board of Selectmen meeting with the Planning Board on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 7pm for

     interviews with candidates for Planning Board vacancy (interviews start at 8pm).

 

 

 

4.  Meeting, Appropriations Committee on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 6:30pm, in the Town Hall

    Hearing Room.

5.  Board of Selectmen Meeting, Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at 6:45 P.M., Town Hall Hearing Room.

6.  Meeting, Community Preservation, Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at 7pm, Town Hall Hearing Rm.

7.  Annual Town Meeting deadline for petitioned articles, Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at 4pm.
