NEW BUSINESS

1. Police report: a) Traffic complaint from Mrs. Melissa Banerjee, 40 Wood Avenue;

b) Recommendation from the Police Department to replace the "caution children" sign on the

existing pole at the intersection of Wood Avenue & Pine Street.

2. For approval request from Michael Milnet, Eagle Scout Candidate, to erect the "world's

largest clothesline" in Heritage Park near the Pavilion for the purpose of collecting clothing

etc. for the homeless and the Open Pantry of Springfield, on Saturday, October 6, 2007, from

8am-6pm. Approvals from DPW; Fire; Recreation; Planning, Police report.

3. For approval, request from East Longmeadow High School Swim Team to hold a Can &

Bottle Drive on Saturday, October 13, 2007, from 9am-2pm. DPW approved.

4. Consideration for approval Police Department and Fire Department Recommendations, re:

Site Plan Review and Special Permit for Frigo Food Products Sales, Inc., d.b.a., Frigo

Gourmet Foods, 159 Shaker Road. Public Hearing scheduled for September 18th at 6:30pm.
