ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS VACANCY
The Board of Selectmen is accepting applications from residents interested in serving on the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board seeks to fill one vacancy.
The Zoning Board of Appeals is charged with acting on all matters within its jurisdiction under the Town’s Zoning By-law. The Zoning By-law is established for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, convenience, morals and welfare of its inhabitants, the Town of East Longmeadow, under authority granted by the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A.
