The valuation of Real and Personal Property for fiscal year
2004 is $1,169,679,260, an increase of $16,932.834 over the previous year.
This year it was voted to have a tax rate of $20.73 The FY2003
tax rate was $19.92.
During the past year, there were 61 new dwellings. During
