HEALTH INSPECTOR

To Board of Health

            As your Health Agent, my primary responsibility is to enforce all public health rules and regulations within the community that lend to protect, preserve and permit public health. This includes responding to all health complaints and concerns from Town residents.

            The majority of the Board of Health duties and responsibilities are by statutory mandate, and include all inspection requirements within the State Sanitary Code (e.g. restaurants, retail food sales, swimming pools, health clubs, schools, temporary food service, etc.)

            I appreciate the cooperation received from all Town Departments, and acknowledge the efficient supportive efforts from the Executive Secretary and Board of Health Clerical Staff so vital in accomplishing our goals of a safer and healthier community.
